Do you want to learn how to cook?  Do you want to learn how to eat healthier foods?  Join the group and support each other while learning healthy eating.

Your Rights

People with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities have the same rights as every other citizen. This class will be held both virtually and in-person.

  • Learn the meanings of a person’s rights
  • Understand how to handle different situations where your rights may be denied
  • Discover resources to use to exercise your rights
  • Become a member of Northwest Indiana’s Chapter of the Indiana Self-Advocates

Learn how to express yourself through different forms of dance and movement, while meeting new people.

Art Expressions

Learn how to express yourself through Art.  Easy-to-follow instructions will guide you through different types of art. Materials will be provided.
