New Star named a benefiting charity for Premier Chicago event New Star has been selected as one of the 18 benefiting charities for First Look for Charity, a charity event held at McCormick Place the evening before the Chicago Auto Show on February 8, 2019.
The event is one of Chicago’s most anticipated charity events of the year. Guests are treated to champagne and beverages as well as elegant hors d’oeuvres and desserts provided by notable Chicago eateries. Live entertainment, which in 2018 included the Chicago 6, the Four C Notes and School of Rock, will be disbursed among the various car manufacturers. “This is an incredible opportunity for New Star,” said Dan Strick, President/CEO of New Star. “For a charity, it is a win-win. In the past, the First Look for Charity has raised more than $50 million dollars for charities over the past 27 years. We are thrilled to be a part of it this event.” Be one of the first to experience all the excitement of the nation’s largest auto show which includes special access to cars and exhibits. Every ticket holder has an opportunity to win one of two vehicles, a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer and A 2019 Jeep Compass (winner must be present). Top off your evening with a stay at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, which adjoins the convention center. First Look for Charity has secured a limited number of rooms. When making a reservation, indicate you are with the First Look for Charity event.
