With the help of a matching grant from the national marketing firm, Causality, we went on a journey of self-discovery last spring. Over the next 6 months, we evaluated the effectiveness of our marketing materials and messaging by reaching out to stakeholders, staff, family members and clients. Once we had a better understanding of what SouthSTAR meant to them, it became clear that our blue star logo and our tagline didn’t fully capture the life-changing work we do and the amazing people whom we serve.
The result? To a fresh, new logo bursting with energetic colors, moving forward and reaching for the stars. We are, and have always been, a restless organization – challenging the limits and changing the lives of those we serve and the communities in which they live. Thank you to everyone who guided us on this winding road of rebranding. The journey has been long, but we are thrilled with where we ended up. Hope you are too!
