Golf Outing to Benefit Special Needs Children and Adults

New Star, a not-for-profit organization serving special needs children and adults throughout the south suburbs, is hosting its annual “Fore” the Future Golf Outing on Monday, September 25, at Idlewild Country Club.

The day will include a barbeque lunch on the terrace, 18 holes of golf, games, prizes, cocktails and a buffet dinner. All-inclusive golf packages are $175 per person, and dinner-only packages are $55 per person. Sponsorships are still available and range from $175 to $3,500. Larger sponsorships include golf or dinner packages, while others offer a variety of different marketing opportunities

Proceeds support job training and employment, daily life skills enrichment, senior care, residential services, and special recreation for over 650 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, residing in the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana.
